Parent-Teacher and Student Conferences
Parent-Teacher and Student-Led Conferences are held at the end of Term 1 and Term 3. We use Compass Portal to allow parents to book appointments to see their child’s teachers. When the portal opens in the leadup to the interviews, parents are required to log into the Parent Compass Portal to make bookings to see their child’s teachers. Teachers will be available usually during the following times: 8:30am to 12:30pm and 2:00pm to 5:30pm (the actual times will be conveyed closer to the Conference). We encourage students to attend the interviews and to play an active part in the meeting.
There is a Compass Help Desk available on the day if you require support to start using Compass regularly.
Student Progress Reports: AIA reports to parents four times a year.
Written Semester Reports: These are provided at the end of Semester 1 (End of Term 2) and Semester 2 (End of Term 4).
